Alan Bunte
COO, CommVault
Alan G. Bunte has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CommVault since October 2003 and as senior vice president from December 1999 until October 2003.

Prior to joining CommVault, Mr. Bunte served Norand Corporation from 1986 to January 1998. His most recent role at Norand was as senior vice president of planning and business development from 1991 to January 1998.

Mr. Bunte obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from the University of Iowa.

James B. Rothnie

Chief Technology Officer Emeritus, EMC Corporation 
James B. Rothnie was the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of EMC from 2000 to 2002, the world leader in information storage. During this period role he was responsible for the overall technical strategy of the company, which included exploiting the revolution in storage density, driving the revolution in storage connectivity, and inventing the revolution in storage manageability. He joined EMC in 1995 and served as Senior Vice President Global Marketing and Senior Vice President Product Management.

Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Rothnie served at Data General Corporation as Vice President of Software Development. From 1986 to 1994, he was Executive Vice President of Kendall Square Research, where he led the development of pioneering large-scale parallel computers and related software.

From 1976 to 1985, Mr. Rothnie served in a variety of senior management positions including President and Chief Operating Officer at Computer Corporation of America. CCA was a key innovator in database management software methods, particularly distributed databases.

Mr. Rothnie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mark Ward

President and Chief Executive Officer Copan
Mark Ward is CEO of Copan the leader in intelligent, enterprise-class MAID storage solutions. Mr. Ward has over two decades of storage industry leadership experience at both the start-up and global enterprise levels. Prior to Copan Mr. Ward was Managing Partner at Ward Capital, LLC and was the former Vice President and General Manager of North American Sales at StorageTek, where he consistently delivered sequential revenue growth.

Mr. Ward also served as Managing Partner of Enterprise Storage Ventures, LLC, where he drove investment and managed a portfolio of storage start-ups. Prior to this role Mr. Ward spent over 14 years in top management at EMC where, in his last position, he served as VP of Worldwide Marketing, Software, and Professional Services.

Andy Watson

Former Chief Technology Officer, Strategic Technology, Network Appliance
As former CTO, Strategic Technology, Mr. Watson specialized in external technology and its intersection with NetApp products and services. By working with partners around the world, he learned about emerging technologies and techniques that complemented NetApp offerings. Mr. Watson's responsibilities included discovering, tracking, and recommending acquisition or partnering mechanisms related to emerging external technologies that complemented the company's internal product development strategy.

Before joining Network Appliance, Mr. Watson worked for companies such as Auspex Systems, Lockheed Martin, Prime Computer, and Data General in roles such as aerospace engineering, software development, performance engineering, technical evangelism, consulting, and technical marketing. During his tenure in these positions, he developed valuable insight and a pragmatic perspective on how customers make technology decisions.

Mr. Watson has a bachelor of arts degree in physics from Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.
