The Index Engines partner support team consists of professionals with expertise across all partner processes and functions. The team interfaces with the appropriate Index Engines departments in order to respond to your request with the most current and relevant information you need in order to support your efforts. Partner Portal

The Index Engines partner portal provides up-to-date program information, joint marketing opportunities, and technical product information as well as news and events related to Index Engines and our partners. The portal equips you with up-to-date product information so you can maximize the effectiveness of development, marketing, and sales activities. You receive access to the password-protected site after you have completed the application process.

A newsletter is also available through the partner portal. You can sign up for this monthly newsletter which will provide you with updates and news that’s relevant to your sales & service efforts.

Software Development Kit

A software development kit (SDK) is available to partners, allowing them to build applications that leverage the comprehensive index. The SDK includes API’s, sample applications, documentation, support and more.  Learn more about our SDK here.

Product Education

Our training programs provide participants with the knowledge to position, sell, install, configure, operate, maintain, and interface with Index Engines solutions. Training courses are scheduled based on demand and are available to all partners. In addition to formal training courses web-based courses are available via the partner portal.

Sales & Technical Support

Our sales and technical support teams have in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and typical infrastructures. They are product experts and are available to assist with in-depth product demonstrations, RFP responses, special bids, customer requirement reviews and other pre-sales technical needs.

Marketing Services & Demand Generation

Index Engines provides you with a wealth of marketing services. These services are designed to support existing sales activities as well as generate new opportunities. We currently provide product collateral material, case studies, web events, email templates and more.

Our marketing team is available for annual planning sessions aimed at maximizing your Index Engines related sales activity. This session results in a specific action plan which includes initiatives such as demand generation events and promotional activities.

Website Presence

Index Engines will list you on our company website as a partner with a short description and a link back to your corporate website. This will provide your company with added exposure as well as leads.

Public Relations & Testimonials

Utilizing Index Engines public relations firm, we will announce the partnership with your company in order to generate press coverage and visibility for your firm. Additionally, you can contact us with client case study opportunities which we will author and promote to the press.
