The Index Engines cloud team will then train the client in the use of the search interface allowing them to find and tag responsive data (files, email, custodian mailboxes, etc). Once the client has a tagged the responsive data it is then extracted from the original sources for delivery to the client.

The forensically sound extracted content is delivered to the user for review. No hardware or software is required. The data is identified in the cloud, collected at the Index Engines service center and delivered to you for processing.
